    I recently took my sick kitten to this animal hospital. Unfortunately, she died shortly after our arrival. I'm writing a review because I have been blown away by the amount of professionalism and compassion my pet and I were shown. We were able to get in right away and the staff immediately kicked into gear to do everything they could to save her life. They let me stay for as long as I needed and were very supportive from start to finish. At the time, they offered to send her pawprints to me in the mail to remember her by. I agreed but hadn't thought much about it since. Today I received a card signed by the entire staff as well as her paws/name printed on baked clay. It is beautiful. If you are looking for a clinic, I would highly recommend this outstanding facility. I am so thankful for everything.

    The place is a joke now. The quality has gone way down since VCA took over. I had both of my pets vaccinated for Rabies in May/2017. The gave me 2 tags and a rabies vaccination certificate. As of Aug/2017 the tags they gave me show my pets as unregistered in Palm Beach County. That's great!! They take my money but forget to do their jobs. Also, I keep getting renewels for tests and vaccines they have already had from this place. They have no idea who my pets are and what they are doing. That's dangerous for my pet. Beware of this place.
