  Joseph, the store manager is the worst person to deal with customer service business. They lied to us about the lines, they said we would get a free phone-3 months later found out it was a lie. It’s not a free phone. They were the nicest when we purchase a phone and 3 months later when we went to the same store to ask more questions about the phone they said that was free. The same person that was super nice now is super rude.
